Contest Rules

The following rules (“Rules”) govern the RISE Top 20 in ‘20 (“Contest”).  THIS IS NOT A LOTTERY.  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.  A RISE LOAN IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR TO WIN.  THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY

To enter the Contest, participants must be at least 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama). Owners and employees of Elevate Credit, Inc., as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to win prizes.  Must reside in the United States to be eligible to participate.

AGREEMENT TO RULES

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules.  

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest will run from January 6, 2020 at 12 am CST, through February 4, 2020 at 11:59 pm CST. One winner will be selected each week during the Contest period, for a total of four winners in the contest.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, a participant must (i) like the Giveaway post and (ii) comment on the Giveaway post explicitly answering the “question of the week” in the post. This comment must be submitted through the official RISE Credit Facebook page- https://www.facebook.com/risecredit/. Limit one comment/submission per person.

PRIZE DRAWINGS

Four (4) total winners will be randomly selected from the four contest posts. The winner will receive the weekly prize delivered to them through the email they provide. Posts will be available on each Friday and comments will be accepted through the following Monday night at midnight CST.

Each week, the prize will be (1) $100 Amazon gift card, delivered through email. Contest winners will be notified on the following Tuesday by noon CST by being tagged in the respective Giveaway post. The comment notifying the winner that they have won will be posted by the “RISE Credit” Facebook page and goes as follows: “Congratulations @usersname, please direct message the RISE Credit Facebook page with your full name and email address to collect your prize. Thank you to everyone who entered, make sure to check back on Friday for another chance to win!”  The prize will be sent out within 24 hours of the winner messaging the RISE page. Winners must message the page with their first and last name as well as their email address to collect their prize.  If a winner fails to respond with 72 hours or cannot be contacted, RISE reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award the prize at RISE’s sole discretion.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

For a comment to count as an entry, it must explicitly answer the “question of the week” in the respective post and must not include any restricted content. Restricted content includes: (a) content that denigrates or reflects negatively on RISE Credit, their employees and owners; (b) adult-oriented content; (c) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws;  (d) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (e) explicit language or content, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities (f) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious or slanderous materials; (g) content promoting tobacco, alcohol or drugs; (h) real weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives or projectiles; (i) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on sex, race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, age, or any other basis protected by federal, state, territory, provincial or local law, ordinance, or regulation; (j) individuals under legal age of majority without providing a signed release from parent/ legal guardian; (k) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party (e.g., recorded music; pre-produced video, etc.); and (l) material that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state/territory where the entry is created. Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified.

This contest is sponsored solely by risecredit.com. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook ® or Amazon®.

It is the sole responsibility of the Contest winner(s) to pay all applicable taxes, and RISE is not responsible for notifying the winner(s) of any tax obligations that may exist.  RISE reserves the right to limit winning of prizes to one per person.  There are no prize substitutions.  Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable.  Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
