RISEcredit.com Self-Improvement Month 2021 Giveaway

We’re focusing the conversation on four self-improvement themes: de-stressing, investing in yourself, organization and healthy eating. Each week we’ll be posting tips, sharing tricks and giving away prizes. Head over to the RISEcredit.com Facebook page starting 9/7/2021 to enter. 

Here’s how the giveaway works:

• To enter, go to the RISE Facebook page and answer the question of the week in the comments section of the Tuesday post.
• Each week in September there will be an opportunity to enter the giveaway. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected for their post comment each week. The winners will be announced the Monday following each post by 11:59am CST.

Giveaway Rules

The following rules (“Rules”) govern the risecredit.com Self Improvement month, RISE to the Challenge Campaign (“Giveaway”).  THIS IS NOT A LOTTERY.  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.  APPLYING FOR A risecredit.com LOAN IS NOT required to enter or to win. A risecredit.com LOAN IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR TO WIN.  THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY

To enter the Giveaway, participants must be at least 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama). Owners and employees of Elevate Credit, Inc., as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to win prizes.  Owners and employees of FinWise Bank, member FDIC, owners and employees of Capital Community Bank, member FDIC, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to win prizes.  Must reside in the United States to be eligible to participate.

AGREEMENT TO RULES

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules.  

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway will run from September 7, 2021 at 12 am CST, through October 3, 2021 at 11:59 pm CST. Five winners will be selected each week during the Giveaway period, for a total of twenty winners in the giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, a participant must (i) comment on the Giveaway post explicitly answering the “question of the week” in the post. This comment must be submitted through the official risecredit.com Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/risecredit). Limit one comment/submission per person.

PRIZE DRAWINGS

Twenty (20) total winners will be randomly selected from the four giveaway posts, five (5) from each post. The winners will receive the weekly prize delivered to them through the email they provide. Posts will be available on each Tuesday and comments will be accepted through the following Sunday night at midnight CST.

Giveaway winners will be notified on the following Monday by 11:59 am CST by being tagged in the respective Giveaway post. The comment notifying the winner that they have won will be posted by the “risecredit.com” Facebook page and goes as follows: “Congratulations @usersname, please direct message the risecredit.com Facebook page with your email address to collect your prize. Thank you to everyone who entered, make sure to check back on Tuesday for another chance to win!”  The prize will be sent out within five (5) business days of the winner messaging the risecredit.com Facebook page. Winners must message the page with their email address to collect their prize.  Winners must verify their age to collect their prize. If a winner fails to respond with 72 hours or cannot be contacted, risecredit.com reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award the prize at risecredit.com’s sole discretion.

GIVEAWAY RESTRICTIONS

For a comment to count as an entry, it must explicitly answer the “question of the week” in the respective post and must not include any restricted content. Restricted content includes: (a) content that denigrates or reflects negatively on risecredit.com or FinWise Bank, their employees and owners; (b) adult-oriented content; (c) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws;  (d) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (e) explicit language or content, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities (f) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious or slanderous materials; (g) content promoting tobacco, alcohol or drugs; (h) real weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives or projectiles; (i) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on sex, race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, age, or any other basis protected by federal, state, territory, provincial or local law, ordinance, or regulation; (j) individuals under legal age of majority without providing a signed release from parent/ legal guardian; (k) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party (e.g., recorded music; pre-produced video, etc.); and (l) material that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state/territory where the entry is created. Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified.

It is the sole responsibility of the Giveaway winner(s) to pay all applicable taxes, and risecredit.com is not responsible for notifying the winner(s) of any tax obligations that may exist.  Risecredit.com reserves the right to limit winning of prizes to one prize per person for the duration of the campaign (September 7, 2021 through October 3, 2021).  There are no prize substitutions.  Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable.  Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
